What Is It?
The Aprilia ETV 1000 Caponord is an off-road capable adventure bike. It's powered by a liquid cooled 997.6 cc V-Twin engine which puts out 96.6 bhp at 8,250 rpm and maximum torque at 6,250 rpm. It's a de-tuned version of the RSV Mille engine.
Features include:
- Aluminium frame, Steel sub-frame and Aluminium swingarm
- Dual 300 mm discs up front with Brembo two piston calipers
- 270 mm disc at the rear with two piston caliper
- ABS system
- 50 mm Marzocchi fork with 175 mm travel
- Adjustable Sachs rear shock with 185 mm travel and remote adjuster
- Dual analogue + LCD dash
- Side stand
- Chain guard
- 2->2 exhaust system
- 6 speed gearbox
The wire-spoked 19" front wheel takes a 110/90 tyre and the rear 17" a 150/70.
Accessories include the centre stand, panniers, topbox crash bars and fog lights.
