What Is It?
The BSA Gold Star is an A2 licence friendly retro style bike and is powered by a Euro 5 compliant liquid cooled 652 cc single cylinder engine which puts out 45 bhp at 6,000 rpm and maximum torque at just 4,000 rpm.
Features include:
- Steel tubular frame and swingarm
- 320 mm disc up front with Brembo two piston caliper
- 255 mm disc at the rear with Brembo single piston caliper
- ABS system
- 41 mm fork
- Dual rear shocks with adjustable pre-load
- Dual analogue clocks + LCD inserts
- Assist and slipper clutch

- Chain guard
- Side stand
- 1->1 exhaust system
- 5 speed gear box
BSA are tapping into the heritage of the brand and specifically the famous Rocket Gold Star of the early 60s. There are plenty of retro details to look at from the white piping of the seat to lashings of Chrome.
The wire-spoked 18" front wheel takes a Pirelli Phantom Sportcomp 100/90 tyre and the rear 17" a 150/70.

Did You Know?BSA originally stood for Birmingham Small Arms Company (1961-1978) who used to manufacturer bicycles, cars and guns for the military. The Mahindra Group, based in India, acquired it in 2016 to reintroduce bikes under the BSA name and production will start in India January 2022.
