What Is It?
The Ducati Monster 796 is a premium naked bike. It is powered by a Euro 3 compliant air-cooled 803 cc V-Twin engine which puts out 85.8 bhp at 8,250 rpm and maximum torque at 6,250 rpm.
Features include:
- Steel tubular frame with Aluminium single-sided swingarm
- Dual 320 mm discs up front with Brembo four piston calipers
- 245 mm disc at the rear with Brembo two piston caliper
- 43 mm Showa upside down fork with 120 mm travel
- Adjustable Sachs rear piggyback shock with 148 mm travel
- Slip and assist clutch
- Adjustable levers
- LCD dash
- Underseat USB port
- Carbon pillion seat cover
- 2->1->2 under seat exhaust system
- 6 speed gearbox
The 10-spoke 17" wheels take a Pirelli Diablo Rosso 120/70 tyre at the front and a 180/55 at the rear.
Accessories include the ABS system (£700, +1.8 kg, -1.5 litres fuel capacity), Ducati Data Analyser (DDA), pillion grab rail and Termignoni end cans.
