What Is It?

The Harley-Davidson Heritage Springer is a vintage style cruiser and is powered by an air-cooled 1,340 cc (82 cubic inches) V-Twin engine which puts out 53 bhp at 5,000 rpm with maximum torque at just 3,000 rpm.

• 292 mm disc up front with single piston caliper
• 292 mm disc at the rear with single piston caliper
• Adjustable 41 mm fork with exposed springs and 107 mm travel
• Adjustable rear shock with 104 mm travel
• Triple headlight

• Analogue + LCD dash
• 2->2 exhaust system with fishtail mufflers
• 5 speed gearbox

The wire-spoked 16" wheels take a Dunlop Elite II MT90 tyre at the front and a 150/80 at the rear.

Colours: Black, white/blue, black/blue, black/red, red/yellow

The rear of the two front forks is fixed to a set of small rocker arms and the front fork transfers the force up to a set of springs. Check out this video for the details.

Model History & Updates

2000: 1,450 cc (88 cubic inches) Twin Cam 88B engine, balance shaft for reduced vibes, fuel injection, 63 bhp and 18.9 litre tank.

2011: Less frilly bits on the panniers / seat and quick release pannier straps.
