What Is It?

The Harley-Davidson Softail Low Rider S is a cruiser style bike and is powered by an air / oil cooled 1,868 cc (114 cubic inches) V-Twin engine which puts out 92.5 bhp at 5,020 rpm and maximum torque at just 3,000 rpm.

Features include:

• Steel tubular frame and swingarm
• Dual 300 mm discs up front with Brembo four piston calipers
• 292 mm disc at the rear with Brembo two piston caliper
• ABS system
• 43 mm Showa SDBV upside down fork with 130 mm travel
• 56 mm rear shock with adjustable pre-load and 112 mm travel
• Dual analogue / LCD dash
• Keyless ignition
• LED headlight and taillight
• USB port
• 2->2 exhaust system
• 6 speed gearbox with gear position indicator

It builds on the Softail Low Rider with a 122 cc larger engine, 7 bhp more power, an upside down fork, headlight cowl, flatter bars and far less Chrome however it's 8 kg heavier.

The 9-spoke 19" front wheel takes a Michelin Scorcher 110/90 tyre and the rear 16" a 180/70.

Model History & Updates

2022: New handlebar mounted dash and 1,923 cc (117 ci) engine which puts out 104.6 bhp at 4,750 rpm with peak torquer at 3,500 rpm.
