What Is It?
The Honda SH300i is an A2 licence friendly premium scooter and is powered by a liquid cooled 279.1 cc single cylinder four stroke engine, producing 27 bhp at 8,500 rpm and maximum torque at 6,000 rpm.
Features include:
- Steel tubular frame
- Automatic CVT gearbox with belt drive
- 256 mm disc up front with three piston caliper
- 256 mm disc at the rear with single piston caliper
- 35 mm telescopic fork with 102 mm travel
- Dual rear shocks with 95 mm travel
- Fold out pillion pegs, bag hook
- Electric starter
Compared to the 2007-2010 model there's new bodywork, wheels, seat material and suspension. The underseat storage doesn't quite take a full face helmet and the standard brakes are a combined system however optional ABS adds more stopping power and 3 kg to the weight.
Like Honda's other combined braking systems the rear brake lever also operates the central pin in the front caliper. The 6-spoke 16" wheels take a 110/70 tyre up front and a 130/70 at the rear.
Accessories include a 35 litre colour coded top box, tall screen, heated grips and scooter blanket.
Colours: Black, white, red, blue, silver
