What Is It?
The Lexmoto E-Lex 1500 is a new entry into the budget electric scooter market and is powered by an air-cooled 1.5 kW rear hub motor putting out just 2 bhp.

The E-Lex is a partnership between electric scooter specialist Yadea and Lexmoto, probably based on the Yadea C-line. For power there are two removable 10.5 kg Yadea 60V 24Ah Lithium-ion batteries with short circuit, over current and over charge protection.
The batteries can be charged onboard or in your home but when the first runs down you need to manually swap to the second to keep going.
The 5-spoke 12" wheels take a Kenda 90/80 tyre at the front and a 90/80 at the rear.

Did You Know?It's also known as the YD1200D-11 and it can run on just one battery for maximum flexibility. The alarm locks the rear hub motor so it can't be wheeled off.
