What Is It?

The VOGE 500DS is a budget A2 friendly adventure bike and is powered by a Euro 5 compliant liquid cooled 471 cc parallel twin engine which puts out 46.2 bhp at 8,500 rpm and maximum torque at 7,000 rpm.

It uses the Loncin KE500 engine which is a Chinese design that's heavily inspired by the Honda CB500X engine.

• Dual 298 mm wavy discs up front with Nissin two piston calipers
• 240 mm wavy disc at the rear with Nissin single piston caliper
• Bosch ABS system and fuel injection
• Adjustable 41 mm KYB upside down fork
• Adjustable KYB rear shock
• LED lighting all round
• Scrolling LED indicators
• TFT dash with connectivity
• Luggage rack
• Centre stand
• Chain guard
• Adjustable brake lever
• Hand adjustable screen
• 2->1 exhaust system
• 6 speed gearbox with gear position indicator

It has a decent spec level as standard with engine bars, TPMS, a belly pan and a USB port under the dash. 

The 10-spoke 17" wheels take a Pirelli Angel ST 120/70 tyre at the front and a 160/60 at the rear.

Accessories include the Aluminium panniers and topbox (100 litres storage, £700).

Colours: Grey/red, orange

It's also called the LX500-J, the "DS" stands for Dual Sport and it has a two year warranty. The engine is made by Loncin in China.
